It is submitted that Smt. Nirmala Devi has died and the brick kiln is now inherited by her 3 sons Sh. Sanjeev Kumar, Sh. Kuldeep Kumar & Sh, Ashok Kumar. The industry has submitted a copy of partnership deed dated 23.02.2022. Further, the industry has also certified that Sh. Kuldeep Kumar, partner is authorized to sign all the required documents for government files on behalf M/s Nirmal Devi BKO.
Submitted for action already recommended please alongwith additional special condition that the industry shall also obtain fresh consent to operate under the Air Act, 1981 in new name, immediately. |
