Sir as discussed, the draft for returning the application is as under:
It is intimated that the institute was issued SCN for violations of the provisions of Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 alongwith opportunity of personal hearing before SEE on 06.06.2024. However, as per the telephonic message received from ZO-1, Patiala, the representative of the institute had failed to attend the hearing said date and time.
Accordingly, the matter regarding further course of action is under consideration of the Competent Authority of the Board. Therefore, the present application cannot be processed at this Stage and is hereby returned.
