Sir, as per query of ZO, RO reported that the industry was visited on 03.06.2024 and observed that the industry was in operation. The manometer installed at suction of the ID fan was checked and the suction was found healthy, the suction at the inlet of id fan indicates that the suction is healthy.
RO recommended that CTO may be granted to the industry with suitable conditions and with special condition to re-monitor the stack of the industry along with lab staff to check the suction efficiency.
In view of above, it is recommended that, Consent to Operate under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2029 with suitable terms and conditions and special conditions with the condition that the industry shall get the air emissions sample analysed from the Board lab within 1 month. Also, RO shall re-monitor the stack of the industry along with lab staff to check the suction efficiency of APCD, please. (Category - Small, Orange) (Competency -SEE)
