It is submitted that the point-wise reply of the observations of ZO is given as under:
1. The industry has submitted copy of agreement to sell dated 14.12.2017 vide which the previous owner Sh. Manjit Singh has sold the unit to Sh. Karan Soni (copy attached).
2. Further, during visit the industry was not in operation due to no orders/demand, therefore, stack emissions sampling could not be carried out.
In view of the above submitted for action already recommended please alongwith special additional condition that the industry shall submit stack emissions analysis report from NABL /Board’s approved lab within one month after the plant becomes operational.
