It is intimated that the Project Proponent has applied for obtaining consent to establish (NOC) For setting up of the Residential & Commercial Colony (3.3471 Acre) at Hadbast No. 337, Village Gurdaspur, Tehsil and Distt.- Gurdaspur through online along with requisite documents and fee.
The Project Proponent has deposited Rs. 18500/- vide online reference no. 652444546 dated 28/05/2024 including Rs. 500/- as application fee, which is adequate upto one year period.
The Project Proponent has submitted Letter of Intent (LOI) for setting up colony under Punjab Apartment and Property Regulation Act, 1995 issued by the Office of ADC (G), Gurdaspur vide no. 189 dated 30/04/2024.
The Project Proponent has submitted map approved by the ADC (G), Gurdaspur and Senior Town Planner, Local Govt. Department, Amritsar.
The Project Proponent has submitted certificate of registration as promoter issued by the Amritsar Development Authority, Amritsar vide no. 28533 dated 04/09/2023.
The Project Proponent has also proposed to install STP of capacity @ 40 KLD against total generation of domestic effluent @ 37 KLD and has submitted feasibility report of the same.
The Project Proponent has reserved total land area measuring 450 square yard (0.176911157 Acres) as green belt as per project report.
The proposed site of the proposed colony was visited by the Officer of this office on 05/06/2024 and it observed that the site of the colony has not developed yet no sewer lines/roads were laid in the colony.
In view of above, it is it is recommended that Consent to Establish (NOC) from pollution angle may be granted to the Project Proponent for setting up of the Residential & Commercial Colony (3.3471 Acre) at Hadbast No. 337, Village Gurdaspur, Tehsil and Distt.- Gurdaspur for 01 year period with suitable conditions. |
