Respected Sir, we have enclosed herewith the detail of machinery along with share demat certificate from company secretary as well as from PDA. Further, we have attached herewith the outlet data. Sample of air emission has already been collected by the Board. Further, we have submitted additional fee of Rs. 72000/- under Water and Air which is adequate for five years. It is requested to kindly consider our case and grant us consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 to our unit please. |
