The calculations to impose Environmental Compensation are under process with the Board. After the finalisation, the industry shall be asked to deposit the same.
2. If approved may on the above recommendations, the request of the industry be considered. Consent to operate may be granted for six months, its electric connection may be restored temporarily for six months. Further, the Regional Office may be requested to verify the various compliances made by the industry and to monitor its pollution control devices within three months. She shall submit its comprehensive report well before the expiry of the proposed period. |
