| Clarification Note: |
While scrutinised the application it has been observed that: -
1. There is no change in production capacity, but the quantity of effluent of agreement made with M/S J.B.R. Technologies Pvt. Ltd., has been reduced from 15000 lts/month to 5000 Lts/month. Please explain with supporting documents.
2. The industry has not submitted the copy of record maintained w.r.t. water consumption in process area and lifted by the operator of CETP.
3. The industry has not marked the plantation area to dispose off the domestic effluent. Please mark the plantation area on site plan with dimensions.
4. The Fixed assets of the industry has been increased form Rs. 770.83 Lacs as on 28.04.2024 to Rs. 890.76 Lacs as on 31.03.2024. Please submit the detail of increased machinery.
5. The consent fee already deposited by the industry iof Rs. 1,04,400/- is inadequate, the industry is required to deposit the consent fee as under:-
Previous consent Granted upto: 30.06.2018
Fee for the period: 1.7.2018 to 30.06.2024 = 6 Years x 21,600/- = 1,29,600/-
Late fee = 1,29,600/-
For further period of 5 years: 1.7.2024 to 30.06.2029 = 1,08,000/-

Total: = 3,67,200/-
Hence, the industry is required to deposit the balance consent fee of Rs. 2,62,800/- + 500/- form fee.
6. The industry was also requested to submit the following information within 3 days vide this office letter No. 1195 dated 23.05.2024 (copy attached) as under:-
1. The details of fresh water consumption in process area and lifted the effluent by the operator of CETP for the period 01.06.2023 to till date.
2. The details of name, addresses and contact no. of the industries from where you have carried out your polluting out sourced for the period 01.06.2023 to till date alongwith quantity wise details of polluting processes out sourced.
But no reply has been received in this office so far.
7. Submit the stack emission analysis reports from the Boards Lab.
8. The industry has not submitted the details of shot blast machine in Air Consent application.
