| Clarification Note: |
While scrutinize the case it has been observed that:-
1. The industry has submitted the copy of agreement of M/S J.B.R. Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Village Kohara @ 1000 Lts/month. The Re-processor is authorized to lift the spent pickling Acid, whereas the industry is engaged in the process of Hot Dip Galvanizing, please clarify, which type of effluent is lifted by M/S J.B.R.Technologies Pvt. Ltd.,
2. The industry has not submitted the water consumption viz-a-viz effluent lifting record with the application.
3. The intimate the dimensions of plantation area developed by the industry to dispose of the treated domestic effluent.
4. The consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 30.09.2026 only. If industry wants to obtain the consent for full period, then industry is required to deposit Rs. 14,400/- Per year , per application more (i.e. 39,600/- under Water Act, 1974 and 39,600/- under Air Act, 1981) + Rs. 500/- consent form fee.
5. Please submit the point-wise compliance of the previous violations, due to which previous consent was refused.
6. The industry has not submitted the stack emission analysis reports of Hot Dip Galvanizing furnaces from the Boards Lab.
You are requested to attend the above said observations and submit your reply within 2 days.
