| Clarification Note: |
While scrutinize the case it has been observed that:-
1. The consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 20.11.2025. If the industry wants to obtain the consent upto 30.09.28, the industry is required to deposit the balance consent fee of Rs. 16,800/- .
2. The industry has not deposited the consent form fee of Rs. 500/-
3. The industry has not submitted the compliance report of NOC conditions, if would have been obtained by the industry.
4. The industry has not applied for consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974. Hence, the industry is required to apply for the consent under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 also alongwith required documents & fee.
5. Please submit the point-wise compliance of the previous violations for which the industry was afforded an opportunity of personal hearing before Worthy Chief Environmental Engineer, Ludhiana on 06.06.2024.
