| Clarification Note: |
The reply submitted by the industry is incomplete, as industry has not submitted the point of following points:-
1. The industry shall close soakage pit immediately and develop adequate plantation area for discharge of treated domestic effluent.
2. The industry shall submit within 02 days, the Bank Guarantee of Rs. 1.00 lac, as already imposed during hearing held on 15.05.2024.
3. Point-wise compliance of the decisions of personal hearing as mentioned above.
The industry was visited by the officers of the Board on 07.06.2024 and observed that :-
1. The soakage pit has not been closed permanently.
2. The stack height of thermostat was in adequate.
The Prop. of the industry was requested during hearing to remove the above said observations and inform accordingly and also submit the Bank Gurantee of Rs. 1.0 lac in compliance to the decisions of personal hearing.
You are, therefore, requested to attend the above said observations and submit the Bank Gurantee within 2 days.
