It is submitted that while scrutinized the case it was observed that:-.
1. The workshop has not submitted the point-wise compliance of the decisions of personal hearing taken by Senior Environmental Engineer, Ludhiana
2. The workshop has not deposited the consent form fee of Rs. 500/-
It workshop was requested to attend the above said observations and submit your reply within 2 days through clarification dated 30.05.2024,but no reply has been received from the workshop so far.
In addition to the above, the workshop was issued notice to issue directions u/s 33-A of the Water Act, 1974 and u/s 31-A of the Air Act, 1981 with an opportunity of personal hearing before Chief Environemental Engineer, Ludhiana on 06.06.2024 and proceedings are awaited.
In light of above said observations (Sr.No. 1 to 5) as well as without the decisions of personal hearing dated 06.06.2024, the consent application cannot be processed. Hence, it is requested that consent application may be returned to the workshop with the request to re-submit the same after attending the above said observations as well as point-wise compliance of the decisions of personal hearing dated 06.06.2024 and accordingly allow me to return the application to the workshop, as I have no option to return the application to the workshop.
