The report /recommendations of Regional Office be perused. The industry is a medium scale Orange category unit. The industry has submitted a letter dated 17.05.2024 from revenue authority (Naib Tehsildar, Goraya) in which it is mentioned that the existing industry distance is more than 500 meters from phirni of village Kutbewal and there is no population within the radius of 500 meter from existing industry. The master plan of goraya is yet to be notified.
May if approved, the consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2029 with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board and special condition that the industry will be bound to comply with the provisions of Master Plan Goraya as and when it is notified.
