| Clarification Note: |
While scrutinized that the case it has been observed that :-
1. The consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 30.06.2028. If industry wants to obtain the consent for full period of 5 years, then industry is required to deposit Rs. 55,740/- each under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 + Rs. 500/- as consent form fee.
2. The industry has not submitted the details of increased machinery.
3. The industry has submitted the details of water consumption in process area upto 31.03.2024. Please submit the details of water consumed in process area and lifted by M/S J.B.R.Technologies Pvt. Ltd., w.e.f. 1.10.2023 to 31.05.2024.
4. Please submit the latest status of Bank Guarantee submitted by the industry earlier.
