| Clarification Note: |
While processing the application, it has been observed that:
1. The industry has submitted latest CA certificate dated 31.03.2024, with increase of fixed assets from Rs. 722.54 lakhs to Rs. 1057.2 lakhs. The CA has given the note in the CA certificate, which shows that there is addition in building amounting to Rs. 1.78 crore, machinery and equipment 36.78 lakhs, other fixed assets 38 lakhs. However, the industry has not submitted copy of revised building plan approved from the competent authority.
2. The industry has not submitted the CLU of the additional land.
3. The industry has not submitted the latest analysis report of stack emissions of powder coating booth.
The matter has already been discussed with industry. Hence, it is requested to submit the reply of above observation within one day. |
