The PP has applied for CTO fresh however the Project has been established/ started establishing in year 2011.
Kindly provide following:
1. whether any CTE obtained. if yes, compliance thereof.
2. Date of commissioning of the project.
3. Technical report regarding generation and proposed disposal of the effluent.
4. Design of the STP installed
5. disposal arrangement of effluent and permission from MC Raman mandi alongwith adequacy of terminal STP.
6. Adequacy of CTE/ CTO fees.
7. Aks Chajra/ latha/ land registery documents/ partnership deed. location plan.
