As reported by Regional Office, The industry has neither submitted the Environment Compensation of Rs. 2.0 Lakhs nor submitted Bank Guarantee of Rs. 3.0 Lakhs in compliance of personal hearing. The industry is not complying with the decisions of the personal hearing dated 10/04/2024 before the worthy Chairman of the Board.
In view of above, may if approved the consent to operate under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be refused and action u/s 31-A of the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be initiated along with the opportunity of personal hearing before the Competent Authority of the Board, please
