Sir the the case of the HCF was scrutinized and it was observed as under : - 1. The HCF has not deposited / linked the consent fee. However the HCF was raised clarification on 31.05.2024 to deposit/link the fee requested to deposit the consent fee and remove above said observations within 3 days so that the case of the HCF can be processed further.
However the HCF has failed to attend to the observation and has not deposited/linked the consent fee. As such the approval may be given to return the application. |
