Sir, the point wise reply is as under:
1. The industry has installed its APCD' chimney in the premises, which is more than 500 mtr from the phirni of Vill. Kamalpur as per the special condition of the NOC. However, the exact khasra numbers cannot be mentioned being related to revenue department.
2. The industry has provided new sapling along the boundary wall towards the Vill. Kamalpur, in compliance of the NOC condition. Moreover, the industry has proposed to provide adequate plantation area along the boundary wall in coming monsoon season.
3. Sir, the industry got its electricity connection in August, 2023. However, the actual paddy milling season started w.e.f December, 2023. Accordingly, the penalty fee is being calculated from December, 2023 under the Slab of 3-6 months.
4. Due to other important office work, the site of rice sheller could not be visited.
5. As per the representative, the unit was operated upto 20.05.2024 and accordingly stack emission sampling were carried out by NABL laboratory.
