Discussed, the site of industry falls in the industrial zone as reported by Regional Office, As the unit is located in designated industrial zone and its production is less than 30,000 MTA, hence, unit is neither covered under SAC clearance nor under Environmental Clearance. Special condition that the industry shall install the hood, bag house as APCD with adequate stack with its induction furnace as per the design of PSCST, Chandigarh and shall submit the completion report of the same before the commissioning of the unit is being imposed to the industry as such may if approved, NOC/Establish be granted to the industry for one year for manufacturing of Foundries goods @ 2500 kgs/day by using Iron scrap @ 2600 Kgs/day as raw material subject to suitable conditions and special conditions as proposed by Regional Office, please.
