It is submitted that the poultry farm has submitted the point wise compliance of the SoPs framed by the CPCB in annotated form. The poultry farm has assured that it will comply with the same.
In view of above, it is again recommended that consent to establish (CTE) may be granted to the broiler farm for one year, for the establishment of broiler farm of capacity 15000 number/day, subject to the suitable conditions and with special condition that:- 1. The poultry farm will comply with the Environmental Guidelines issued by the CPCB. 2. The poultry farm shall establish its poultry shed at the distance of 10 mtr from its boundary for cross ventilation. Competency Environmental Engineer |
