The case of the HCF has been scrutinized and it was observed as under: -
1. The HCF has attached the NOC from EO, MC, Mansa in which the name of HCF is mentioned as Pankaj Orthopedic Centre whereas the application has been applied in the name of Pankaj Nursing Home alongwith self declaration and CBWTF agreement. Please attach amended certificate.
2. The industry has not submitted the land record such as sale deed, lease deed etc.
As such you are requested to clarify and submit above said documents within 3 days so that the application can be processed further. |
