It is intimated that the HCF was granted authorization under the provisions of the Bio Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016 vide no. BMW/Renewal/NWS/2023/22727549 dated 26.10.2023 which is valid upto 31.03.2026. Now, the HCF has applied for fresh consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for 46 bed capacity. The HCF has deposited Rs. 13000/- vide No. P157240327028471 dated 05.06.2024, Rs. 13000/- vide UTR No. P157240327028739 dated 05.06.2024. The fee deposited by the HCF is adequate upto 31.12.2029 under both Acts. The HCF has submitted completion of ETP/STP of 15 KLD capacity based on MBBR Technology, agreement with CBWTF, undertaking regarding bed capacity. As per application form and document uploaded by the HCF, the HCF has a bed capacity of 25 nos. with a nursing staff of 25 – 30 persons. The HCF has a valid agreement with Bio Medical Waste Management Company Vill. Pangoli Defence Road District Pathankhot. The HCF has installed ETP/STP of capacity 15 KLD based MBR Technology for the treatment of domestic effluent waste. The HCF ETP/STP treated domestic effluent waste is further used in plantation, landscape and horticulture areas in backside as well as front. The HCF installed the DG set of capacity 25 KVA with canopy. The HCF has installed 1 nos. of submersible pump for the extraction of fresh water.
In view of above, if approved, it is recommended that consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the HCF for the period upto 31.12.2029 with suitable terms and conditions and with special condition that 1) The HCF shall submit effluent analysis report within 02 months from the Board's Lab. 2) The HCF shall not increase the bed capacity without prior permission of the Board. 3) The HCF shall provide adequate plantation for the utilization of treated effluent. 4) The HCF shall maintain the record of ETP/STP on daily basis. 5) The HCF shall comply with the guidelines issued by the CPCB/PPCB.
