It is intimated that it has been proposed to refuse to consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 after affording an opportunity of personal hearing before the Environmental Engineer, Regional Office, Bathinda in his office at District Administrative Complex, Room no. 418-E, 3rd floor, Bathinda on 14/06/2024 at 11.00 A.M to explain your position in person with respect to the aforesaid violations, failing which action as deemed fit shall be taken without giving any opportunity. |
