Sir,
The industry has not mentioned the trade effluent and its disposal generated from its premises. The industry has mentioned domestic effluent in the application form @ 2.6 KLD same was discharged into sewer. No such permission from MC allowing discharge of effluent into public sewer is found annexed with the online application. The project proponent intend to dispose of its effluent into public sewer, then a NOC from the MC for allowing disposal of effluent into their sewer confirming its connectivity with STP and STP’s adequacy and surplus capacity to handle the volumetric load of effluent from the project is to be submitted. The industry has not submitted completion certificate of APCD/Water Scrubber.
If approved, hence, the application may be returned to the industry with request to resubmit the application after removing above said observation please. |
