Sir, vide note dated 04.06.2024, RO reported that the industry has submitted a written reply stating that the industry was started in Dec 2019. In the beginning, started the machining and powder coating process only. The anodizing process we started at this location in Feb 2024. Equipment installed for anodizing 2nd hand tanks and transformer. This unit was running in Delhi, which was closed for a long time. At the end of January 2024, we shifted it to Ludhiana The industry site falls in industry area C, gazette notification has khasra numbers and a registry copy was attached with the CTO application. The same is being submitted herewith again NOC was not obtained earlier. Compliance of NOC conditions was submitted with the CTO application. The same is being submitted again. The industry site falls in industry area C, gazette notification having khasra numbers and registry copy was attached with CTO application. Same is being submitted here with again. The water consumption log book started from 01-04-2024 is being submitted and lifting of effluent started after the agreement made with CETP operator i.e. 01-04-2024 MSME certificate is being submitted herewith Compliance of directions has been done and TDCO copy was submitted with the CTO application. In compliance to the discussion held it is submitted that the point wise reply to the observations made in the SCN are attached alongwith:- 1. The industry site falls in industry area C, gazette notification has khasra numbers as per registry copy have been correlated with the gazzete notification and the details have already been mentioned in the agenda note. 2. The compliance of NOC conditions have already been mentioned and same has already been enclosed in the agenda note. 3. The industry has submitted MSME certificate which has also been mentioned in the agenda note itself. 4. The copy of TDCO number and the details regarding compliance of directions has also been mentioned in the agenda note itself. 5. Further, auditing of the industry shall be carried once it comes in operation.
RO recommended that consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 may be granted for six months with suitable conditions and direction u/s 33-A of Water Act, 1974 may be issued for restoration of electric supply for a period of six months.
In view of above, it is recommended as under:
1. The consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 may be granted to industry for a short period of six months.
2. Directions u/s 33-A of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be issued for restoration of electric supply for a period of six months, please.
