Sir, the industry has submitted copy of CLU letter vide Memo No. 1534 dated 13.07.2018 regarding change of land use from Agricultural to Industrial at Village Jolan Kalan (H.B.No.180), Tehsil Derabassi, Distt. SAS Nagar.
Further, the industry falls in industrial zone as per Master Plan Lalru. There is no residential area/village phirni/lal lakir within the 100 mtr boundary of the industry.
As such, the site is suitable for establishment of the industry.
In view of above, it is recommended that the ‘Consent to Operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30.09.2028, with subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions mentioned in earlier note.
