Sir,
The HCF was visited by JEE (OS) on 11.06.2024 and observed the HCF has installed ETP and record of same is maintained by the HCF. The HCF falls outside the MC Limits. During visit, there was no flow at the outlet of ETP, hence, the sample could not be collected.
If approved, consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 may be granted to HCF for the period upto 31.12.2024 with suitable terms and conditions and with special condition that the HCF shall maintained the record of the ETP. The HCF shall submit the effluent analysis report from the Board's Lab within 02 months.
