The application of the industry has scrutinized and it is observed as under:-
1. The industry is required to submit compliance report of previous consent conditions in annotated form duly signed by the authorized signatory.
2. The industry is required to submit compliance report of personal hearing held before Chairman of the Board on 23.04.2024.
3. The industry is required to submit latest C.A. certificate regarding un-depreciated value of the fixed assets of the industry.
