It is intimated that the Project Proponent has applied for obtaining consent to establish (NOC) For setting up of the Commercial building at Village Mugrala, Tehsil and Distt.- Gurdaspur through online along with requisite documents and fee.
The Project Proponent has deposited Rs. 18500/- vide online UTR no. SBIN224141419332 dated 20/05/2024 including Rs. 500/- as application fee, which is adequate upto one year period.
The Project Proponent has submitted NOC for setting up Commercial building for plot no. 03 and 04 issued by the Office of Amritsar Development Authority, Puda Bhawan, Green Avenue, Amritsar vide no. 12103 and no. 12104 dated 27/08/2021.
The Project Proponent has also proposed to install STP of capacity @ 35 KLD regarding treatment of wastewater is being generated by it as per feasibility report of the same.
The proposed site of the proposed colony was visited by the Officer of this office on 13/06/2024 and it observed that the site of the colony has not developed yet no sewer lines/roads were laid in the colony.
In view of above, it is it is recommended that Consent to Establish (NOC) from pollution angle may be granted to the Project Proponent for setting up of the Commercial building Village-Mugrala, Tehsil and Distt.- Gurdaspur for 01 year period with suitable conditions. |
