Sir, the industry is a small scale red category unit and the industry has applied for fresh consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981.
The report of RO has been perused and it has been observed as under:-
1. The industry has submitted lease / rent deed dated 01.04.2022 as proof of date of commissioning and made agreement with M/s JBR Technologies Pvt. Ltd., CETP, Focal Point, Phase-VIII, Ludhiana on 11.09.2023. The industry has failed to intimate the status of generation of effluent from the period 01.04.2022 to 11.09.2023. The industry is required to submit the proof regarding date of installation of electric connection.
2. The industry has not submitted month wise details w.r.t. water consumption and effluent generation from process from date of agreement with CETP operator.
3. The industry has not submitted signed copy of compliance of NOC conditions in annotated form alongwith comments / countersigned by visiting officer.
4. The industry has not submitted copy of approved building plan from the Director of Factories.
In view of the above, it is recommended that show cause notice for refusal of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be issued to the industry with hearing at ZO level, please.
