Sir, the application of the industry has been perused and following observations has been made:-
1. The industry is red category unit and has been established without NOC of the Board.
2. The industry has submitted the copy of electric connection released on 31.08.2021 and made an agreement with M/s Keshav Chemical Pvt. Ltd., on 26.03.2024. The industry is discharging effluent into sewer from 31.08.2021 to 26.03.2024.
3. The industry has not submitted month wise details w.r.t. water consumption and effluent generation from process from date of agreement with re-processor.
4. The industry has not mentioned the amount of acid consumed in the process alongwith bills from date of commissioning of process.
5. The industry has not submitted point wise compliance to the NOC conditions which would have been imposed if the industry earlier had obtaining 'Consent to Establish' (NOC).
6. The industry is newly established unit and has not submitted the certificate from Competent Authority regarding land use pattern of the area.
In view of the above, it is recommended that show cause notice for refusal of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be issued to the industry with hearing at ZO level, please.
