In view of note and recommendations of AEE/EE RO Fatehgarh Sahib as industry has failed to comply with the decisions of the hearing dated 10.04.2024 given before worthy Chairman, may if approved:
1. The varied consent to operate applied by the industry under the provisions of the Air Act, 1981 may be refused without hearing and application be closed.
