It is submitted that the last CTO applied by the industry was refused due to the reason that the poultry farm was not complying with the sitting criteria as "There is a drain namely Lassara Drain carrying domestic sewage passes around at the distance of 50 mtr from the site. It is a major drain." Now, the poultry farm has again applied for the CTO.
In view of above it is requested that this application of the industry be return to it as it cannot be returned at this stage from my portal and action u/s 33-A of Water Act, 1974 and 31-A of Air Act, 1981 will be initiated on separately e-note after the return of this application, please. |
