It is submitted that the HCF was raised the online clarification regarding attaching of land record and mismatch of name as per application and NOC issued by MC. In reply to the clarification the HCF has failed to attach the complete land record with names of seller and purchaser. Further, it has attached the self undertaking stating that the name of HCF in the records of MC is Pankaj Orthopedic Centre whereas as per application applied and declaration attached, the name of HCF is Pankaj Nursing Home.
As such the is required to be returned (approval required) being incomplete and the HCF may be requested to obtain amended NOC from the MC and also attach the complete land record with the fresh application.
