| Clarification Note: |
The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent plans to dispose of the wastewater into the MC sewer. However, the STP of MC, Khanna is already operating optimum capacity. Therefore, it is requested that a proposal for an STP to treat the domestic wastewater be submitted along with a feasibility report.
2. The PP has not submitted the layout plan/site plan approved from the ADC (UD), Ludhiana.
3. The project report submitted by the PP is not correct. It is requested to submit the project report prepared & duly signed by the Chartered Accountant (CA).
4. The value of land mentioned in the project report is less as compared to the value mentioned in the sale deed. Kindly clarify.
5. The Project Proponent has not submitted the authority letter.
As such, you are requested to remove the above said observations within 02 days so that the application can be processed further. |
