| Clarification Note: |
While scrutinize the application it has been observed that:-
1. As per Revenue Authorities report dated 11.06.2024, the site of the poultry farm is not meeting with the siting guidelines mentioned at Sr.No. (2) and (5) of the report prescribed for Poultry farms.
2. The Project Proponent is required to submit the point wise proposal to comply with the Environmental Guidelines for Poultry farms applicable for poultry farms having birds above 5000 (copy attached).
You are requested to attend the above said observations and submit your reply within 2 days.
