Sir, RO has attached copy of analysis report of air emission from Board’s lab, as per which SPM is reported as 139 mg/Nm3 against the prescribed standards of 500 mg/Nm3 and SO2 is reported as 209 mg/Nm3 against the prescribed standards of 400 mg/Nm3. Also, RO has attached verified copy of compliance of SoPs.
In view of the above, it is recommended that varied 'consent to operate' under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30/06/2029 with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board, please. (Category- Red, Small) (Competency- SEE)
