Sir, the industry is a medium scale red category unit. The consent application under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 has been processed for grant of consent after receiving reply of SO Lab. The status of authorization was checked online, the industry has not applied for authorization and the authorization applied by industry were earlier returned on 13.10.2017. If approved, 'consent to operate' under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to industry upto 31/03/2025 (as per adequacy of consent fee) proposed by RO.
