As per the SPL condition of teh previous CTO- The industry shall construct the machinery room in specific khasra nos. 80//2/2 and 9/2 to complete the minimum distance of source of air pollution from the State Highway as 500 meters.
The industry has installed the machinery room in the Khasra nos. 80//2/2 and 9/2 however the part of the shed of the industry has got damaged due to storms as checked during visit dated 3.6.2024

From the above, it is clear that the industry is complying the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981. If approved, Consent to operate under the provisions of Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be issued to the industry with validity upto 31.3.2028 for the manufacturing of Dry/Sorted Rice @ 6 TPH with dryer. |
