Sir, the project proponent was given personal hearing before the Hon’ble Chairman of the Board on 27.05.2024 and it was decided as under: -
1. Environmental Engineer, Punjab Pollution Control Board, Regional Office, SAS Nagar shall examine the agreement executed on 31/3/2019 between M/s Trishla Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. and M/s Trishla City Residents Welfare Association and thereafter send the fresh recommendations within 3 days.
2. Consent to operate applications of the RWA applied under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 shall be decided on merits after receipt of report from Environmental Engineer, Punjab Pollution Control Board, Regional Office, SAS Nagar.
That the project has obtained registration certificate from SDM Derabassi vide no. 008/CASDMDB/2018 dated 06.06.2018, as per which: -
“Certified that Trishla City Resident Welfare Association, Highground Road, Zirakpur, Tehsil Derabassi, Distt. SAS Nagar has been registered under rule 8 of the Punjab Apartments Ownership Rules, 1995.”
The project proponent has submitted copy of agreement executed on 31/3/2019 between M/s Trishla Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. and M/s Trishla City Residents Welfare Association, as per which the RWA registered on 06.06.2018 shall be responsible for all kind of services including maintenance from 01.04.2019.
The RWA has already submitted copy of its Bank Statement showing that the consent fee for the applications has been paid through the bank account of Resident Welfare Association. The RWA has also submitted copy of its PAN Card.
In view of the above, it is recommended that the consent to operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be renewed upto 31.03.2026 with subject to the suitable conditions and additional conditions mentioned in earlier note.
