!. Project site is in residential Zone and has obtained CLU for commercial use. As it is not in designated commercial zone. vice- versa siting guidelines and minimum distance from MAH and air polluting industries is applicable. RO report is silent. RO to check, obtain document if required and certify that this condition is fulfilled as per Govt Notification 2008.
2. PP has not submitted permission from MC Kapurthala for allowing their treated sewage into their network and STP. Merely deposit of fee is not sufficient. A nOC is required from MC.
Case was received in RO on 23.5.2024 and forwarded to ZO on 13.6.2024. RO should not have recommended incomplete case to ZO without complete report of siting guidelines and without NOC from MC Kapurthala.
Case is already delayed. In case, the PP has all the documents to complete the case, then recommend accordingly with your recommendations on points raised by me through return reply , otherwise, ask PP to complete the documents and resubmit application for reconsideration.
