In reference to clarification raised by the Zonal Office, the pointwise reply is as under:-
1. The total area of the project is less than 50 Hectare, hence, the project is not covered under Environmental Clearance. Further, the project proponent has already granted NOC by the Board. It is also come in the notice of undersigned that board has already submitted the representation to the MOEF in reference to their letter no 205 dated 15.04.2019 and reply is awaited.
2. The Project Proponent has applied fresh CTO after the establishment of STP after changing its capacity and technology. No separate NOC has been obtained.
3. The project falls within the MC limit and lifting its solid waste to the MC, Barnala.
4. The plantation area of 2655m2 is under different types of trees, green strips and lawn area. The total waste water generation from the project will be around 24 KLD as mentioned in the application form. The calculation is as under:-
Total no. of houses = 50
No. of person in one house = 5 (in some cases it can be 4)
Total water consumption = 50*5*135=33.75 KLD
The domestic effluent generation (80% of water consumption) = 27 KLD approx. presently, only 25 houses are constructed and 15 are under construction. Submitted plz |
