As proper procedure is followed by the Zonal Lab to analyse the sample, so the the results declared by the lab are to be considered.
The industry has failed to comply with the decisions given by you on 20.12.2023, 03.01.2024, 23.01.2024 and 28.03.2024.
Moreover the industry has also failed to comply with the decisions of the hearing given by the Chairman sir on 28.07.2023.
The industry is not meeting with the effluent discharge standards for the last more than one year.
It is recommended that:
1. Consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 be refused.
2. The Bank Guarantee of Rs 5.0 lacs as imposed by the Chairman sir during hearing on 28.07.2023 & submitted by the industry be encashed.
3. Further hearing be given before the Chairman sir.
