Sir, it is submitted that the compliance of EC conditions has been verified by AEE of this on 13.06.2024 and the same is attached herewith.
the project proponent is complying with the provisions under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and also complying with the conditions of Environmental Clearance.
In view of the above, it is once again recommended that the Consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 31.03.2029 with suitable conditions, please. |
