It is submitted that the industry namely M/s Punjab Heat Solution was given personal hearing before the worthy CEE on 12.6.2024, the decisions made in the hearing also relates to the second unit of the project proponent i.e. M/s Punjab Heat Solution unit-1.
As such, the consent cases cannot be decided without compliance of decisions of the hearing.
In view of above, may if approved, Regional Office be requested to re-process the case after compliance of the decisions of the hearing dated 12.6.2024, which shall be attached on the e-note already under process, please.
