The matter was discussed with CEE Sir.............It was observed that:
1. The certificate regarding shares DEMAT submitted by the industry is not feasible and the contents of the certificate are different than the certificates earlier submitted by the other industries. Also, the certificate is old.
2. RO has not submitted comments upon the operation of the industry.
You are requested to visit the industry to submit operation status of the industry and submit conclusive report / recommendations in regard to the above points, accordingly, pl. |
