Kindly peruse the agenda note of AEE. In view of the facts mentioned in the agenda note of AEE, it is recommended that the varied consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Forging of Carbon Alloys/Die Stainless Steel/Forging and its Allied Products @ 30 MTD may be granted upto 30/09/2029 with suitable conditions and special conditions as under:
1. The industry will not generate and discharged any trade effluent without obtaining prior written permission of the Board.
2. The industry shall maintain it's already stabilized its vehicular movement area within industry/entry/exit points, to suppress the dust emissions.
3. The industry shall not change/modernize its manufacturing process and shall not increase its production capacity.
4. The industry shall get its building plans approved from Competent Authority if there is any change with respect to the already approved building plans.
5. The industry shall install sensor/ Hooting system to sensitize the labor/worker as and when there will be nay leakage of gas occurs.
6. The industry shall depute skilled manpower to operate its unit based on PNG.
