The case was examined and it was observed that the RO has not submitted any comments regarding effluent sampling of the HCF. Also, the case was scrutinized by the RO after 27 days (i.e. from 30.04.2024 to 26.05.2024) and the case was forwarded to ZO on 12.06.2024 i.e. after 44 days without collecting samples........
May if approved, RO be requested to clarify the last date of effluent sampling and if not collected then process the application after collecting the effluent samples and submit reason for delay in dealing the application, please. |
