The industry has not submitted share DEMAT certificate and as per PDA list, shares of the industry has not been done DEMAT. Thus, the industry has not complied withn the decisions of the personal hearing dated 26.04.2024.
Keeping the above in view, the application of the industry for obtaining Varied 'Consent to Operate' under the Water Act, 1974 may be refused and further action under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution Act), 1974 may be initiated against the industry. |
